I was referred to SunLogix by our roofing company so they could remove and re-install our solar panels before and after we had our roof repaired, and it was a great experience. Mikayla was super helpful ... and quick to respond to any questions. Their pricing was super fair and scheduling (working with our other work crews) was very easy. On the days of service, Sol was prompt, friendly and quick. He completed the work in fewer days than promised so our project moved along smoothly. I will contact them again in the future!

Our solar panels stopped generating energy and sending power to our locla power company. I got Sunlogix's name from a friend. I called and they sent a technician out. If you’re thinking of going solar, I would recommend SunLogix. I did and am happy with the result. My system is quite recent so I don’t know if it’s producing as much as it should, but time will tell ... and SunLogix provided an amount guarantee. My first experience was with Caitlyn Kelly, one of their Energy Consultants. She went over the details with me, including going through the contract they wanted me to sign. She was open to negotiating the few details I had questions about. The most important item we changed was the time of the final payment. Normally this is when construction is complete, BUT that doesn’t mean you can suddenly start producing electricity. You still need to get Permission To Operate (PTO) from the electric company. This involves inspections and steps by the company, the city, and the electric company. Each one of these can be slowed down, get lost in the shuffle, etc. And unless you stay on top of it, you don’t know what’s going on. Caitlyn and I initially negotiated changing my final payment from Construction Complete to PTO. This avoided what would have been my complete frustration at having fully paid for a system that did nothing for me for more than a month as I waited for PTO. The delay couldn’t be blamed on SunLogix, but I would have felt very annoyed anyway. Being able to negotiate several minor items up front, having time responsiveness to questions that came up, and feeling “they’re on my side” all made me happy that I chose SunLogix.

Yelp helped contact 8 different companies to find help for my AC unit that stopped working after normal business hours on a 100 degree day. Sunlogix was the only company that responded right away. ... In fact, all the other companies have yet to respond. Sunlogix were kind enough to let me know they could get to me first thing in the morning. The repairman showed up early and did a great job. 1.5 hours later my AC was working. If anyone is reading this and thinking about going with another company, I would think twice. After all that, there was not much of a dent in my wallet!

Special Shout out to Alex and Joe, the key on-site leaders of the installation team. Clean, communicative and efficient. ... Even in 110F temperatures they swapped out our 27 yo HVAC for new, American Standard heat pumps and added a mini-split to our garage. The whole process with SunLogix was great. Jimmy and Katie shared multiple options from lower-priced solutions up through the best on the market. Sunlogix was good about answering all my questions (technical commercial) and provided all the certification documents I requested for the various systems — before we decided on the ones we chose. We never felt a hard sale, just a strong local company that was looking to ensure we had all the information we needed to make our decision. The final thing that persuaded us to choose SunLogix over the competitors we evaluated came down to their size and likelihood they would be around to support the systems 10 years from now. Working with them, you are working with a medium sized local company where your business is important but won't determine their business continuity — important when thinking about the life of these systems. Working with a smaller team, you're often working with "a person" and need to feel confident he'll (she'll) be around in 5 years. That was an important consideration for us. We had also used SunLogix for our Solar installation and upgrade a few years ago. This will allow us to have both the HVAC and Solar monitored for operational efficiency.

Sunlogix installed my solar panels within the time frame initially promised. The crew of Giuseppe& Ernesto did an amazing job; always professional, very personable, on time and cleaned up before leaving each day. ... They completed the installation ahead of schedule, took less than 2 & 1/2 days. Everything looks great, just waiting for SCE to make the connections and the city inspectors to approve. Couldn't be more happy and satisfied. Exceeded all my expectations, which were pretty high.

We interviewed 4 companies in our search for Power walls to marry up with our Renova Solar Panels. It was an easy decision at the end of the interview process. ... Caitlin Kelley the rep for Sunlogix won the bid as she was thorough with her explanations and understood what we were solving for. The other major factor is the fact that they are local. Once the decision was made the process was smooth and seamless. Caitlin was always available to answer questions and her understanding of her product was impressive. It was also impressive that she understood her competition and could address many things we were told by others. While Sunlogix was not the cheapest bid, we felt that their being local was worth a small premium. On the installation side the crew was terrific. They showed up on time, they were efficient with their time, cleaned up well and one could not ask for a better installation experience. They were great at answering questions. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Sunlogix if you are considering Solar and Caitlin Kelley is a great rep if you want to explore this for your home.
