We have revised our HVAC maintenance agreements. You can now pay for your membership monthly or prepay the year, and both plans come with the same savings: discounted diagnostic service calls, priority scheduling, 10% off repairs, and a discount on a new system that grows every year you stay. Each plan is a 12-month maintenance commitment that renews automatically each year unless you cancel automatic renewal before the renewal date.
Monthly Plan
Paid in 12 equal monthly installments. Renews each year for another 12 months.

- 10% off HVAC repairs, including parts and labor, before applicable taxes
- 1% off a new HVAC installation for each consecutive membership year, up to 5%

Paid in full upfront for the year. Renews each year for another 12 months.
